Cancellation policy
For safety reasons, players can resell their spots only after contacting Wonderlarp.
If a player cancels their participation earlier than 12 months before the event, they will receive a full refund minus the deposit.
Twelve months before the larp, the refundable part of the participation fee will be 50% of the total.
If the player cancels their participation six months or less before the larp, there will be no refunds.
If the event is canceled, participants will be offered a full refund.
If the cancellation happens due to an occurrence outside of the organisers' control (war, pandemic, natural disaster etc.) there will be limited refunds or in rare cases, no refunds.
The organizers reserve the right to refuse a player the right to participate in the larp. In such a case, the full fee will be returned to the participant.
The organizers also reserve the right to refuse a participant to continue the larp if said participant poses a threat to themselves, other participants, the organizers or the location. In such a case, no refund will be provided.
