LARP EXPERIENCE: The game is beginner-friendly and welcomes all: newbies, veterans and everyone in between.
ACCOMMODATION: Most rooms host between 3 and 5 people. 2-person rooms are available with the Upgraded participation fee. There are a couple of 1-person rooms available with the Upgraded fee, and they come on the first-come first-served basis. Some rooms will serve as an in-game space between 10 a.m. and 1 a.m. (outside of these hours, these rooms will be off-game). We will ask players about their room preferences in the casting form.
FOOD: Players will receive meals from Thursday lunch to Sunday breakfast. Various options are available, including vegetarian, vegan and meat, as well as individual options for people with allergies.

The price includes:
* Three nights in the beautiful Czocha Castle (a bed in a 3-5 person room for a Standard fee, and a bed in a 1- or 2-person room for an Upgraded fee. The number of people in the room and the standard of the room itself is the only difference between the types of participation fee);
* Meals prepared by professional cooks at the castle;
* An immersive game with intricate storylines, organiser-led plots, and carefully designed space for your character's development;
* A pre-written character (created with the player's input) with a rich background, personal goals, and ties to the game world;
* Professional scenography, props and special effects;
* A cast of supporting characters to boost your play;
* Insignia of Creation or Destruction for your costume;
* Professional photographs from the game.
Participation fee does not include costumes, alcohol, insurance, or transportation to and from the event.

Sign-up and payment
To book a spot at the game, you need to pay the deposit (100 euro for a Standard ticket, 150 euro for an Upgraded ticket) and fill out the sign-up form.
If you cannot pay the full ticket price all at once, the remaining payment can be done on a monthly basis starting in July 2025.

Our Policy
Our community is built on solidarity, respect and equality. We won’t tolerate any forms of discrimination, including that based on ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, and others - in-game or off-game.
Costume and props
Players are responsible for bringing their own costumes and personal props. The Organisers will provide each player with a piece of costuming marking the character’s allegiance to either Creation and Destruction, but the rest of the costume is entirely up to the player.
We are playing in a fantasy world with a medieval-renaissance flavour, so any basic fantasy costume will do. However, if you want to give your character a personal touch, each Land has their own unique styles which you can incorporate into your character’s appearance. Keep an eye out for moodboards for inspiration!

Before bringing your latex weapon to the larp, please contact the Organisers so we can make sure the items are safe for our game.
Location and transport
Czocha castle is a 13th century stronghold in one of the most beautiful parts of Poland, Lower Silesia. It overlooks a lake and it is surrounded by forests and fields. Boasting a rich and mysterious history, the castle is filled with secret passages, a dungeon, and a medieval tavern. While some of these locations are inaccessible to tourists, they will be open to the participants of Adventurers' Academy for the duration of our larp.
There will be a possibility to book a ticket for the bus going from Berlin Airport to Czocha on Thursday, November 5th, 2026, then back from Czocha to Berlin Airport in the morning of November 8th. The tickets will be available in our store closer to the larp.
